Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last Updated: March 4, 2026

Deposit Requirements

A deposit is required equivalent to one night's stay or 30% of the total rate for the number of days reserved, whichever is greater. The unpaid balance is payable upon arrival at the ranch.

Cancellation Policy

In the event it is necessary to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded in full (less a 4% credit card processing fee) if cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to your arrival date.

Should any circumstance require cancellation on less than 10 days' notice, or a situation arises involving late arrival or early departure, a penalty in the amount of the deposit will be charged. Deposits will apply to any unused or unsold portion of the reservation.

Group Bookings

Bookings of 3 or more cabins constitute a group booking. Group bookings have a 30-day cancellation policy. Should any circumstance require cancellation on less than 30 days' notice, a penalty in the amount of the deposit will be charged.

No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-show reservations are non-refundable.

Early Departures

Refunds are not available for early departures or unused portions of your stay. Deposits will apply to any unused or unsold portion of the reservation.

Taxes

All rates listed are before 8.9% tax.

Weather & Natural Events

Harmels on the Taylor is located in the Colorado mountains, where weather conditions can be unpredictable. Cancellations due to weather are subject to the same cancellation policy outlined above. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
