Harmel's Reservation & Deposit Agreement

All reservations are guaranteed subject to written confirmation. A deposit is required equivalent to one night's stay or 30% of the total rate for the number of days reserved, whichever is greater. The unpaid balance is payable upon arrival to the ranch. In the event it is necessary to cancel reservations, deposits will be refunded in full (minus 3% for a credit card transaction) if such cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings of 3 or more cabins constitutes a group booking. Group bookings have a 90-day cancellation policy. Should any circumstance dictate the necessity to cancel on less than 30 days notice (90 days for groups), or a situation arises whereby guests would have late arrivals or early departures, a penalty in the amount of the deposit will be charged. Deposits will apply to any unused or unsold portion of the reservation.
