Relax and just listen or jump right in and sing a few songs around the campfire. Telling stories around the campfire is known in cowboy parlance as "Spinnin' the Windmill" and is part of our western heritage.
The high trail camp is located in one of natures most beautiful spots, nestled in a grove of quaking aspen, with a natural sweet water spring only a few steps away. The accommodations at the high camp are in roomy floor tents with cots and warm sleeping bags, each with it's own clean flannel liner.
In the morning, wake up to the fresh mountain air, cowboy coffee and pancakes hot off the griddle. Our overnight camp-out ride leaves the stables at Harmel's three afternoons per week at 4:00pm and returns the next morning at 9:00am. Bring the whole family for an experience you'll never forget in the sensational aspen groves of Colorado.
