Accommodations

All of Harmel's guest accommodations are modern, beautifully appointed and strategically located on the ranch.

There are 37 different units with a total of 150 guest capacity. This does not include hide-a-ways, roll-a-ways, or cribs.

About the Cabins (&/or units): We can sleep 150 people easily in our 37 cabins. Eighteen of our units have kitchenettes, all units are equipped with refrigerators and coffee makers and TV's with the ability to play DVD's and VHS movies only. All linens and towels are furnished and kitchens have the necessities.

All units are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. No matter what plan you have opted for, all of our accommodations are available to you. All of our guests are welcome to eat in our dining room. Our units are reserved according to the size of your party, guest desires, and of course availability. There are 22 different floor plans accommodating from one to nine guests.

Wouldn't it be great to come back to your cabin after a long horseback ride and find it cleaned up with newly stocked coffee, fresh towels, replenished amenities? Let our staff pamper you while you're on vacation. Daily maid service allows you to relax. You can expect clean accommodations, nice towels, good beds, and well-stocked coffee and accoutrements.

Because you wouldn't need a kitchen in your cabin, "Run of the Ranch" and "American Plan" guests have the widest choice of accommodations.

The cabins are numbered in the order they were built. For example #19 is next door to #12 and #35. We're not sure on the exact dates of some of the cabins but we are fairly sure cabin #2 was built cerca 1891 making it our oldest cabin and the 4-Plex (#36-#39) was built in 1987, making these are newest built, but not necessarily the most recent remodel. Of course there have been multiple remodels for most of the cabins, but they sure do manage to retain their rustic charm.
